Program for finding the Kalman decomposition of descriptor systems using the geometric approach of (Banaszuk, M. et.al. Kalman Decomposition for
Implicit Linear Systems, IEEE transacations on Automatic Control, Vol 37,
No. 10, Oct. 1992). Very useful for observability/controlability analysis for general (square/nonsquare) descriptor systems.
