Unique, or irreducible, fractions

All unique Numerator/Denominator pairs (="irreducible fractions"), where both N and D <=(integer n)
Computes all numerators N and denominators D pairs creating unique rational numbers (="irreducible fractions"), where each of N and D are no larger than n.
Example: 4/6 is not a unique fraction since 2/3 is identical and simpler.
