EXAMPLE SCRIPT FOR PROCESSING DOPPLER DATA AND PLOTTING RESULTS
DATA WAS COLLECTED USING A FIXED FREQUENCY RADAR SENSOR OPERATING AT
10.525 GHZ. A HAND WAS PLACED ~ 30CM IN FRONT OF THE SENSOR AND MOVED
TOWARDS THE SENSOR. THE EXPERIMENT WAS REPEATED 3 TIME WITH THE HAND
MOVING AT "SLOW", "MEDIUM", AND "FAST" SPEEDS.
