A Simulink library block is created to achieve ADP learning methods for second order CT systems. This is based on Y. Jiang and Z. P. Jiang, http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0005109812003664 Computational adaptive optimal control for continuous-time linear systems with completely unknown system dynamics, Automatica, vol. 48, no. 10, pp. 2699-2704, Oct. 2012.
