This M-file is to calculate the Complex Fractional Deviation for Data like Car Speed.

The Complex Fractional Deviation (CFD) is defined on top of Fractional (say: 1.5th, 2.0th and 2.5th) order moment, for complex data like 2-D car speed, where imaginary part represents the lane changing speed, real part for normal speed. This version 1 program computes the CFD for 2 lanes simulation, the next release will be for higher order. CFD for 1-D car speed with 2.0th moment, degenerates back to Standard Deviation.
