From Lat/Long coordinates, this files browse the conus.las and conus.los files to get the forward or reverse shifted Lat/Long coordinates in another datum (NAD27 / NAD83).
This is only done for the lower 48, but with very minimal effort it can be modified to work with an extra argument specifying the shift files to use for more specific applications.
