This is a script designed to make automated Gaussian fits of data after being imported from infinite number of CSV files. It can extract coefficient data from fits for further analysis and plots e.g. Full-Width-Half-Maxima (FWHM).

Please, feel free to use it; however, it will be nice of you if you mention us in your reference or in the materials and methods section. All other Matlab (www.mathworks.com) terms and use conditions do apply.
