VEX EDR Line-Following using MATLAB, States, and XBee
A sophisticated Line-follower program needs more than the current LF sensor data. The program discussed in this paper looks at what is currently detected by the sensors, and what was detected in previous sample periods to make better guidance decisions. This is an application of a State Machine which is explained in the download. MATLAB functions that use the XBee Transceivers are included in the download.
