I tried to implement simple state-flow program in simulink, but this error appears always on the screen:

Unable to locate 'mexopts.bat', and therefore cannot determine which compiler to use for simulation builds.
Use 'mex -setup' to select a supported compiler.

I don't understand what does that mean?

Could someone help me please:
note: by using parse under tools , It was successful.
