Starting in R2024a, the use of Simulation 3D Blocks to view 3D aircraft dynamics and airport operations in the Unreal Engine^® environment will require a Simulink 3D Animation license.  If you have been a licensed Aerospace Blockset user prior to R2024a, you might be eligible to receive complimentary seat(s) of Simulink 3D Animation.
