Overview
Stateflow is an environment for modeling and simulating combinatorial and sequential decision logic based on state machines and flow charts. In this session, we will demonstrate how Stateflow-based algorithms enable systems to react to events, time-based conditions, and external input signals. This approach helps engineers design clearer logic, validate complex behaviors early, and improve confidence in control and supervisory algorithms.
Highlights
- Fundamentals of building a Stateflow chart, including states, junctions, and transitions
- Connecting your Stateflow charts with MATLAB code and Simulink models
- Different modeling methods, including truth and state transition tables
