As a Technical Support Engineer (f/m) based in our Munich (Ismaning) office, you will help our German speaking customers with very involved technical issues related to MATLAB and Simulink. As an entry level engineer, we will help you identify and develop your technical, professional, and personal skills for a successful technical/engineering career at MathWorks. You will receive a combination of practical experience and formal training in a work environment that fosters and rewards cooperation, teamwork, learning, and fun.
As a Technical Support Engineer (f/m) you will help make our DACH customers successful in the usage of our MATLAB and Simulink product families. This involves resolving in-depth customer reported issues in a wide area of products, applications, and industries. Collaboration with other engineers, specialists and domain experts in the global MathWorks organization often is the key in the process of resolving requests and will help to understand the background behind questions if necessary. Ultimately you will work with the customer to find an appropriate solution. In addition, you’ll act as a customer advocate for issues requiring escalation, keeping customers informed of the progress. Your direct contact with customers will be extremely valuable for be providing user feedback to our development organization, helping in the continuous improvement of our key products.
