Draw a solid with the spherical coordenates ranges

I want to draw a 3D cone base on the spherical coordenate ranges:

% for example
Radius = linspace(0,100,100);
Theta  = linspace(0,2*pi,100);
Phi    = linspace(0,pi/6,100);
