How to find Skewness and kurtosis of a curve plotted with two variables Eg X vs Y .?

I want to find kurtosis and skewness of the given plot. I know kurtosis can be found in case of one variable. So how to find it in case of a plot with two variables.
plot C is Dq vs hq, where tq1 = Hq1.*q1-1;and hq1 = diff(tq1)./(q1(2)-q1(1)); Dq1 = (q1(1:end-1).*hq1)-tq1(1:end-1).For the next plot is hq vs qth order .

How is that a function of two variables? You have one independent variable and one dependent variable. So you have a vector like y where each element of y is the value at some x. That is a 1D vector, not a 2D array.

I don't follow that - maybe someone will. Let's just say you have two x-y curves. Do you want the skew and kurtosis of each one independently?
creo que el grafico buscas se llama Cullen and Frey. Lamentablemente no he encontrado ningun paquete que genere este grafico.
