This is a complex problem that will certainly require more than just the knowledge of MATLAB. What kind of robot do you want to control? Do you use a webcam or depth sensor like a Kinect?

sir, i only want my bot to move froward , backward, leftward and rightward corresponding to the hand movement and giving output of matlab through serial pin to micro-controller unit. i have the code of serial communication and mcu. And only puzzled how to do it in matlab. sir , please help me. And I use the webcam of my laptop.

Like Bruno said, that is a big project that no one can do for you, certainly not in a simple chunk of 100 lines of code like people might paste here. You might check out http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/8026-best-way-s-to-master-matlab so you can do it by yourself, or hire someone to do it for you. Realistically we can't take on such a big project as a huge favor to you. If you have a professor, that's their job and what you're paying them for. I think the best way for you to "do it in matlab. sir" is to learn MATLAB.
