how to do manual tuning for a PID controller in matlab

Hi,

I have a PI block in my simulink model but I do not have control design license so I have to do manual tuning in Matlab in order to get the optimize P and I parameters. as a beginner in control system I need to know how can I do tuning for my simulink model in matlab?
