structure variable workspace problem

I need to create a structure with 3 fields starting from a .mat file stored in a folder. To each file are assigned 3 variables ('h' which is 0 or 1 and it is a structure, 'fileName' and 'num' which is a nx2 matrix). I wrote the uploading of the structure in a 'for' cycle...but the script don't create the variable structure "ddbs_rect" in the Workspace? I attached code for better explain my problem.

Have you some idea?
