Group members multiple installations

Hello, I have a group members license for more than 200 users for standalone installations. Due to the number of installations required, it will be easier if we use silent installation using a batch file for example. How can I generate a universal file installation key to perform the silent installation ?
Is there a way to do it offline without an internet ?
