Convert M-FSK baseband to passband

Hello!! Since R14 took away M-fsk passband block... I've tried to convert a baseband signal to passband with no luck... I've attached the link to the mdl file. If there is anyone who can run and see the results plz tell me what I'm doing wrong! TNX A LOT!!
