how to deploy generated c code on 6713dsk?

Hello... I have converted my matlab code in c static library using matlab coder. It has generated many types of files like C,H,Obj,matlab data,mk file,rsp file etc... Now which of these i have to include in my project in ccs? How can i store some data from matlab in dsk,i mean how to import data from matlab and where to store it???? Thanks.
