Main Local frequency of Continuous Signal in Simulink

Hi I have a simulink model which needs to know about main frequency of a continuous signal in a recent frame. It is similar to what ex_fft_tut command does. But performs on continuous signal and give the main frequency. How to implement it in simulink?
