Angle or heading of a line relative to north from Lat/Long

I have 4 inputs: Lat1, Long1, Lat2, Long2. What I'm trying to do is find the heading in degrees of the line made from connecting those 2 coordinates, with respect to north. An example shown below is from Google Earth to demonstrate the concept. I have the mapping toolbox if it is simpler leveraging that.

doc azimuth, distance for more details:
lat1 = 10; lon1 = 10;
lat2 = 10; lon2 = 20;
az = azimuth('rh', lat1, lon1, lat2, lon2)
