RoadRunner can't be launched

I finished the whole installation procedure including the activation, and I also got the license. But when I clicked the "RoadRunner" icon, it didn't work, no response, no promts and nothing to show on the screen. I downloaded the version R2021b and also tried the R2020b, but the problem remained the same. Could anyone offer me a help, thanks.

Have you successfully run a prior version of RoadRunner on this machine? Or is this the first time running RoadRunner on this system?

Are there other users at your site who are running RoadRunner on similar hardware?

If you are using Ubuntu, you can also try launching RoadRunner from the terminal using the following command:

cd /usr/local/RoadRunner_R2021b/bin/glnxa64 && LD_LIBRARY_PATH=. QT_PLUGIN_PATH=./plugins ./AppRoadRunner
