Change of directory?

Where is the edit/debug window, what is a directory and how do i change a directory?

You have to open a script first. You can do

>> edit myscript.m

to open an editor window. Then, if it's not docked already, I suggest you dock it by clicking the upper right icon of the window's title bar.

To change director you can do

>> filebrowser

This brings up the Current Folder window. You can double click the folders to navigate your way to the folder you want. You can also double click an m-file there to bring it up in an editor window.
