Simulink Desktop Real-Time/packet out block/program jammed

When i want to use Simulink Desktop Real-Time/packet out block,choose Kvaser CAN Device (Board steup->Baud Rate),after changing the rate and clicking OK button，and then the simulink program jammed，I can not even close the simulink model.
