How to compute time delay [Tau] of two RF signals coming from an RTL-SDR [or any source] after computing Cross Correlation without using XCORR

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone could share a sample code or an algorithm to find similarity between two RF signals coming from an RTL-SDR [or any radio source]. I want to cross correlate the two signals and find the time delay between them.
