I am receiving a License Manager Error -9. My username in the license file does not match my user login (user-based license). How do I correct this error?

How do I correct this issue on a Student Version Windows 64-bit computer? Do I remove the program and then re-inatall it? There are two users on this computer and I inadvertently downloaded the software to the wrong user. Please advise.
