at starting very high current spikes are getting in bidirectional dc dc converter?

when i am simulating at starting the currents spikes are getting.

Hi Aravind,
As per my understanding, you wish to know the reason for the high starting current spike observed in the designed circuit.
After reviewing the Simulink model provided, the high starting current observed is due to Inrush current. The inrush current spike is observed in circuit because the input battery is directly connected to uncharged capacitor at the starting, causing a spike in current. Hence, the current spike at the starting is expected behaviour in the designed circuit.
