Error-9 and I don't know what I have to do

I purchased Matlab student version and 'Error-9' appeared to me when I try to open it as shown the image below

I pressed 'Troubleshoot' button and I couldn't apply any of the solutions

Should I reinstall it?

Thank you it helps me and now 'error starting' appears to me :(
