Total Length of lines

I have a plot in 2d and want to work out the sum of the lengths of each straight line without having to insert the start and end point of each line. I have a lattice of the coordinates, and then I also have a lattice of the connections between coordinates.

So what is your question? You seem to have all the information to just calculate the length of the lines unless I am missing something.
