how can I use the D/G/1 queuing system in cognitive radio communication?

I have to use D/G/1 and G/G/1 queuing systems for prioritizing the secondary users in cognitive radio. the users are with different requirements and bit rates for heterogeneous applications. using Qing systems i need to find out the high priority users. probability modelling is also essential.
