model of a load with internal voltage and resistance

Hi everyone,
I need to model a load with an internal voltage of 1.65V and a resistance of 0.088. Initially I modelled the voltage with the DC voltage source in matlab and the resistance with the resistance block in matlab. But I realise that this approach is wrong. Can anyone help me?
