Encountering error while detecting devices

Dear Sir/Madam
I am using the Matlab Compiler Runtime 7.1.4 and it's supposed to help me link to one of the hardware device.
I installed the MCR 2010b and my OS is Windows 7 Enterprice SP1 with 64 Bit OS. I am seeing an error during the execution of our proprietary software tools. The error message is shown as below.
error while detecting device. Can't find SHS.SAT.DLL. Error 126. Are you running Matlab in 32 Bit.
Need to seek help for resolution on the above error. Also, if I could download a 64 Bit Matlab Compiler Runtime in Mathwork website. I seem only able to find the compiler from 2012 onwards.
