R2013b mex library from V142 compatible to v100 lib?

Is compiling and linking with v100 going to work with lib built with v142 (for R2013B)?
I built an external dll and lib in Debug mode using MI VS compiler v142 (2019). But getting unresolved symbols when using R2013b Simulinl mex library built using V100.
