create a function that returns sum

Does anybody know how to go about this:?
Construct a function that has an integer n as input. The function should return the sum
∑
ke (- n,-n+1,-n+2,...n-1,n}, k≠0
e^k* In |k|. k should go from -n to n but 0 should be skipped because
In (0) is undefined. Also construct a script that calls the function and determines how large n must be for the sum to be greater than 10000. The script must use a while loop.
