If you're already using MATLAB/Simulink R2024a, you should be able to open the previously saved slx or mdl file from the R2014a release. My assumption for why you posed this question is that the old version of the Simulink model may contain obsolete blocks that are no longer supported in the R2024 release.

Hi Ase,
I understand that you want to port your working Simulink model built using R2014a to the recent release R2024a.
The ‘Upgrade Advisor’ introduced in R2012b, could be useful to achieve the goal. The documentation page of the Upgrade Advisor has a detailed overview of how to use the tool with examples and screenshots wherever necessary.
