How to park at a particular pixel after scanning a 2D grid using ScanImage software and DAQ

I am using the ScanImage software to scan a 2D grid using a confocal micrscope and DAQ however after the scanning completes I want to be able to park my microscope or focus it on a particular pixel(based on some coordinates given by me) how do I do that?
