How to set the latitude and longitude in x-axis together

I have 833x2 latitude and longitude data set.

I want to set this data into the x-axis together.

Y-axis has another data set like 33x1.

To create this as figure, Could you guys give me some tip?

I'm having trouble understanding your question. You want to plot two dimensions of data (lat and lon) on one axis?
