Problema al ingresar al curso

Hola, al moment de entrar al curso me sale la ventana para poner mi correo y mi contraseña nuevamente, se las escribo y me vuelve a salir una y otra vez y no me deja entrar a mi curso... Porfavor que alguien me ayude, gracias.
