how to find indices of a vector within a matrix

Hi, I have a vector that contains three values and I want to to locate their indices in a bigger matrix

Not very clear.

Can the values in the first vector appear in the bigger matrix more than once? If this is the case, do you want all their instances, or just one for each?

Can you provide a minimal example?
