Need add-ons/Mapping_Toolbox on RHEL 8.x

I have spend countless hours on trying to get this (seemingly simple) process of downloading and (off-line) installing Mapping Toolbox for Linux RHEL 8,x - Matlab R2023b

I am having extensive struggles to accomplish this based on instructions.

I have download many Gigs of .ISO's / files and can not find the needed package.

Note: Mapping Toolbox is an official Mathworks Product. Unless you download the all-products ISO, Mapping Toolbox will only be downloaded if you have an existing license for it.
