Three Phase Line-Single Pole Reclosing Simulink Model Current Characteristics

Reference to Three Phase Line-Single Pole Reclosing Simulink Model, the arc resistance is an exponential function of rms current but from the characteristics I observed that arc current and fault current are becoming 0A at approximately 0.1s whereas arc resistance reaching steady value at 0.3s. Correct me if I am missing something.
