How to connect an industrial camera VFU-V024 to computer using Matlab

I've faced a problem to connect an industrial camera VFU-V024 ( site of the company: http://visiosens.de/index.php?id=14 ) to computer using Matlab. I used the Image Acquisition Toolbox, but the camera wasn't found. Of course, the camera functions normally when using SDK provided by the company. I appreciate any helps or suggestions.

Another problem is that the frame rate of the camera changes all the time. For example, when pointing to a dark area, the frame rate is low (at about 16Hz); but while pointing to a bright area, it rises to 60Hz. I know it depends on brightness. But can I fix the frame rate of this camera at a certain level (for example, 30Hz)?
