How to create an random particle injection file for a circular inlet?

Hi, I would like to create an injection file. The file will create random particle. Diameter of the circle is 1.8cm. Injection file will contain x,y,z coordinates, u,v,w velocity, temperature, particle diameter, mass flow. Can anybody help me?
