detecting similar signals and putting them into a folder

There are 45 Excel files (signals). some of them are similar with together (peak numbers and peak positions of similar signals are same and peak height is not important). First these signals must be compared tete-a-tete and then if those are similar(peak numbers and peak positions of similar signals are same and peak height is not important) together, those must save in a specified folder in name of one of them.

Is there any idea or File Exchange Code for this?

You will need to decide when, for your purposes, a local data peak is to be considered a "peak". There are a number of peak-finding routines in the FEX, some more adaptable than others.
