Connecting MATLAB to CQG

How do I connect to CQG? I have followed the instructions in this post

But when I type

c = CQG

to assign the object I get the error

>> c = cqg Error using actxserver (line 90) Server creation failed. Invalid ProgID 'CQG.CQGCEL.4'.

Are there any detailed code examples I could use?
