Uniting Graphs and Stateflow

I would like to simulate a behaviour of an organisation (e.g. company) by combining the state flow and graphs. Based on the states, new graph nodes should be generated programmatically. How can I implement this concept in Smiling/Stateflow/Matlab?

Stateflow is a toolbox provided to work on top of Simulink to model finite state machines. What exactly is your purpose of using Stateflow/Simulink?

In my knowledge, generation of new nodes in Stateflow as it runs is not possible.

Based on what I vaguely understand from the definition of your requirement, it's better if you use Matlab M scripts to realize your Simulation.
