How can I download MATLAB & Simulink R2013a student version without cd?

How can I download MATLAB & Simulink R2013a student version without cd? I bought a new computer without an optical drive, so I cannot download MATLAB using the installation disc that came when I purchased the software. Just wondering how I could download the software for a mac (I already have a key code for authorization)?
