Wrong dates listed for my license period - need to correct to prevent disruption of classwork

1 view (last 30 days)
Hi,
This message is directed at customer support (submitted here since MATLAB customer service form was down):
When I registered today for download of MATLAB for a Coursera course I enrolled in that begins tomorrow, the MATLAB webpage listed my start and end dates for the license as 2015-07-01 to 2015-10-31. This is wrong. My class formally starts tomorrow, 2015-10-05, and runs through 2015-12-27. So my 4-month license period should extend from tomorrow through the end of January. The course is Machine Learning, taught by Andrew Ng, from Stanford.
Can you please update my license dates in your system so that my license continues to work for the correct period of time, and my coursework is not disrupted in the middle by inactivation of the license?
Kindly write me back and let me know what steps are being taken to correct this.
Thank you,
Paul Clark
P.S. I can provide you with my current license key on request. Please email me.

Sorry, Mathworks customer service does not read this Answers forum.
When I choose "Create Service Request" at http://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us/ then the form (hosted at force.com) at least appears to be active, allowing me to fill it out
