PLEASE HELP .... NAN value in color moments calculation

When the image is black (the whole image is just black color) the color moments is all Nan values.. and I want to cluster these images by kmeans how should I replace this nan values in black images????? please help

How many clusters are you expecting to find on an all black image and where are you expecting the cluster centres to be?
